The Bay Haven Charter Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, religion or gender. It is the intention of the school to reflect the community it serves and be open to any resident in the area who would otherwise attend an elementary or middle school in Bay County. Preference is given to siblings of currently enrolled students and children of Bay Haven Charter Academy employees.

If the number of applications exceeds the number of positions available, enrollment will be determined at the completion of a state-mandated lottery to be held at a date and time to be announced.

The application is in four screens:
    1. Enter your information as caregiver on the first screen.
    2. Add applicants (students) one at a time on the second.
    3. The information review screen will appear to verify your information.
    4. The confirmation page will display your confirmation number to you.

Applications are not complete if you do not receive a confirmation number. Applications will be date and time stamped as they are received. If you are unable to complete an application on-line, please come to our office to complete an application on our computer or call us at 248-3500.
